Order Cancellation & Restocking

Purchase orders cancelled before shipment may be accepted at L&W's discretion at no cost to the buyer if the material is standard stock item, equipment has not been modified, or the cancellation is not of such magnitude as to bring additional cost to L&W. If these conditions do not prevail, a restocking charge will be implemented.

A restocking charge of 15% of the total sell price will apply on material returned to L&W for credit and/or exchange. The following must apply. Material is standard L&W stock. L&W evaluates the material as still being in new condition. The return is approved by L&W. L&W reserves the right to refuse returns if it creates an overstock situation at L&W. Material returned for restocking will be at buyers expense.

A Materials Return Authorization must be issued by L&W prior to return of materials.
