Warranty

All L&W Industries manufactured products have a warranty against materials defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment from L&W. L&W Industries entire warranty obligation is limited to either repair or replacement of any equipment which is returned within the warranty period and which L&W Industries finds defective.

For equipment not manufactured by L&W Industries, the warranties of the manufacturers of such equipment will apply. The warranties are assigned to the purchaser without recourse to L&W Industries.

Return of equipment to L&W Industries is at the buyers risk and expense. Equipment can not be returned without approval of L&W Industries and issue of a Materials Return Authorization form. Alteration or removal of serial number or identification numbers or markings voids the warranty.

Warranty will not apply to products or components which have been subject to abuse, alteration, improper handling or installation, or which have not been operated in accordance to any instructions issued by L&W Industries.
